95/45 16 or 205/40/16 tyres for my oz titans

Which tyres should i go for? What are the disadvantages of having a lower profile (40 rather than 45)? and having a 205 instead of 95?

Also been quoted Â£35 to have my camber adjusted and tracking done at local garage. Is this a reasonable quote or too expensive or what?

40's are thinner than 45's. the thinner the tyre the more bumy the ride.to be honest i dont really notice the difference between the two in firmness.
people often go for 40's to get good arc clearence. you should be ok with 45's.

yeah 45's are still ok for arch clearance when running 16's
