Only thing i would be worried about is if the water was to ever run low and you wouldnt even be able to tell, maybe a little viewing window should have been left unpainted ?

Other than that mate looks like a top job 8)

Looks awesome, get hold of a red anti roll bar for yourself... that would look great! Or a silver one from ebay and paint it red as they are cheaper!

Sturt brace du mean? yeh I want to get an OMP at some point. Bottom or priority list at the mo.

One step ahead boys, notice the strip I left blank under the sensor of the coolant tank

It doesn't matter for the washer fluid, if it runs out I top up, plus you can see the contents of the bottle from the lid.

Cheers for the kind words guys 8)

I didnt think you would have painted it all black without some kind of viewing window.

Good work

Took them all out mate, for a proper job.

When removing the power steering and brake fluid caps I wrapped the bottles in cling film to stop moisture getting in.

As you the coolant tank, I did a flush on the system, so just kept it out while it was being sprayed.

Cheers guys.

Tom bring yours up and I'll do it  You can take me for a spin!

Adam - The bottles took two coats of grey plastic primer, then 1200 wet sand. Followed by around 4-5 coats of satin black (wet sanding where necessary) and 3 coats of satin laquer.
The red parts took two coats of grey primer, again then 1200 wet sand. then about 6-7 thin coats of Halfords flexi plastic paint.
