Well I've had a set of 4 Yokohama Parada on for a few weeks now... they've been scrubbed in ...
And just thought I'd let you know that I'm quite impressed with them...
Seems I have traction in the wet now ... and spinning in the dry has become very rare ...
They can be bought pretty cheaply... got mine from here..

Good name... great look... terrific price..

Must agree mate....i had a set of those given to me (through work) and i was impressed with them but they were on my first set of wheel so when i sold them they went with them to...but yeah good tyre and very well priced in the market.
Only gripe would be......brilliant in the dry....but i found them a bit loose in the wet conditions.
Thats where the Toyo T1R comes in.....

Re: Yokohama Parada
iv had a539's and a520's in the past and personally with yoko's iv found wet grip to be lacking compared to dry
proxes, had these too, better in the wet, worse in the dry
now run continental sport contact 3's, and can say i love them, superb grip in both conditions, on par with bridgestone potenza re050a in the dry but slightly better in the wet too

Re: Yokohama Parada
yes but the point I was trying to make was for the price they are just GREAT ... only a few more quid than BUDGET C**P ... but so much better...
and also highlighting Ears Motorsport where I got then from .. their prices seem to be very good ... but they do thousands of tyres through Ebay.. so guess at the volume they can do low prices...
when someone asks what tyres do you have i'd rather be able to say Yokohama then ling-lang-bing-bong .. if you get me ... looooooooool
