cheap tyres in the north west?

does anybody were i can get a set of cheap 13" tyres 175's ir 185's cheap any make just as long as there tyres

Costco do em cheap, and fit em for you for an extra few quid, but you are limited with sizes, as I've found.
He told me that he's never heard of 195/45/R14 tyres, or 185/50/R14s
