strange noises

I was just driving my car around today and i noticed a strange noise coming from
the left front on the car, it sounds like the front wish bone bush has gone but it has
only done 8000 miles on it so its still like new, the bushes still look new as well so
im not sure what the noise is and where its coming from,
There is also a creeking noise aswell that comes up when i turn the wheel at low speeds when the car is cold,
Just wondering if any body has experienced the same problems
