Got the same problem right now. Went to get my tracking done, as i have had coilovers put on and wheel spacers, and they were gonna balance the wheel due to the spacers but the couldnt cause my wishbones had gone. That might be something to look at.

Not trying to be funny here but.. have you checked that the wheel nuts are fully tight? Only reason im mentioning is that on saturday we were at a charity cruise heading up the motorway at about 50-60mph and all of a sudden my bro seen his mate pull straight into the hardshoulder. He said the wheel and car was vibrating really bad as it went abuve 50. We made our way off the motor way and checked everything then he said about getting a new tyre fitted at a garage yesterday! We checked the nuts and we were actually able to undo and take them out with our fingers! We could not believe how lucky we were to catch this on before something very bad could have happenned! .

lol bit of a rant but just makes you think about checking next time you go to the garage!

same thing happened to me as crodgers said......

i was going down some country roads and could hear a slight noise but thought its probably a twig or something but when i got near my destination and the noise got really loud as in i coulnt hear my radio. so i left it there the night as it was dark n e way so i couldnt look at it properly. the next day went back and noticed straight away it was the bolts. dont think they cae loose tho as i always tighten them up loads i think someone loosened it as i didnt have locking nuts on at the time and i heard there were people going around loosening wheels on cars........ dunno y they do it tho unless they were gonna try nicking it.

but back on topic my car sometimes does it at high speed and it could be the camber or allignment or just the engine trying to over work.

Well i have found out my problem and not sure if this helps. Im currently running 5mm spacers cause of the coilovers and today i found out i need hubcentric spacers dut to the wheel only sitting on the hub by a few mil, plus my bolts arnt long enough. That is what was causing my vibration.
