Raz Black 6n2 1.4 MPi Thread

Post by vw55raz »

Just bought another 6n2 last week as im selling the TDI,

Basically just transferred everything from the TDI to the new polo.. Didnt take much pictures during the process :(, but most of the things ive done similar on the TDI thread

If you want to see the TDI thread you can do here: http://www.uk-polos.net/view ... 13&t=38907

This is the polo when i first bought it. Pretty Standard!

Sell me your TDi for cheap!

Ha, looking nice man.
Any reason for the switch between the TDi and the MPi?

I just used a brush and heat proof paint from halfords. Gotta redo mine soon as was bit of a rush job. Piece of cake really. Just make sure you clean them properly before you start. I think I did 3/4 coats in total. Not sure to change colour or not because of the drums. Love the red calipers though.

I would go lower if it was me. Only by a tad more. My concerns are comfort/cost/girlfriend!

May get collies near end of year.

once you see how nicely it looks & rides with coilovers u will ignore the loss of comfort & cost. And well the girlfriend just has to get used to it, mine has lol. But if was to get springs, i would get 60m all way round/

yea was thinking 60 all around, but then again with coilies u have ur own preference, do u have to jack the car up when u are lowering with coilovers on?
