i am looking for a good lowering kit.

Post by nregjim »

i have seen sets on ebay for around £200 but i don't want to buy a bad set, any help will be helpful

i am looking to lower it and stiffen it, because if i buy bad ones it will just be as low with the same ride quality

I've got a weitec 60mm spring and shock kit and it is absolutely fantastic, great through the corners and its really quite smooth, and I live down a really ropey track and its fine!! Would recommend it!

do you mean that the sets on ebay are ok because i can't afford a expensive set but i don't want to end up buying a really bad set.

Well im down 120 on coilovers from PhilJ on club polo.

It all depends what you want.

They provide all i want. To be on the floor. Gives a great stance and sticks to corners. Obviously the ride is bumpy, but that's what you get for being so low.

either get coilovers but if you dont have enough for them then get eibach springs there the best for vw's

Agree with Rob, the cheap kits are great for the price, do everything the expensive kits do but are quite bumpy.
