Exhaust

Post by Andy1.6 »

Well, having had a few problems with what I think is my CAT, I decided to have a look under the car this weekend, and basically my whole exhaust system is rusty, several brackets are hanging off and rusted through.

It would be great to hear what options I have in terms of replacement, value for money wise?

I'm not looking for sound or looks or anything, just something that isn't broken!

just get brand new standard replacements?
stainless steel should be better though

cheapest in the long run tbh

u can always just get an extra exhaust tip to make it look gd and not a full backbox, cheapest option.....

Isn't the standard one more expensive than a powerflow?

could really do with the help on this one. Need to know the cheapest option.

Apparently I need from (not including) the manifold back, the cat being the most essential part to be replaced.

Ive been quoted £389 for the lot. What do you guys think?

Responses appreciated!
