Wheres the best place to....
store rear the seats? As i'm wanting to take these out but not sell them, would a shed be k or too damp?

Depends how good your shed is!
I'd personally keep them in my room or an attic that is 100% leak proof. A decent shed/garage would also be suffice I can imagine.
