Remote Transponder for Central Locking

Hi,

I'm thinking about fitting remote central locking to my 06 Polo S 9n3.
I have electric window and central locking on all doors.

Can anyone tell me how I can check whether my car has the official VW remote transponder?
It just doesn't seem sensible that the car is fitted with full central locking but there is no remote key.

I'm the second owner so its possible when I bought it off VW they didn't have the remote so they just sold it without the feature (seems to be the kind of thing a dealership would do lol)

i would go to vw and they can tell what it has fitted etc prob cost in excess of 150 for a key and prog though cheaper to get a toad alorm fitted linked to your central locking a cat1 costs about £180 fitted

Not sure if you are aware but the S model doesnt come with remote central locking regardless if you have full central locking on your car, the SE model does.
