How exactly have you wired them up? Im hoping you wired them to the existing headlight wiring, otherwise you will run into problems

what pic would u like me to take.

Basically all i did was connect it direct to the wire coming from the car into the lights and they came on without using the loom it came with. For both sides! but then i used the loom and connected to the battery just incase it drains my battery

did u get the 6000k hid kit?

did u make sure it was the right kit for ur car?

i got a 6000k kit and thought it would be really confussing but it was easy as anything thats easy.

the plug u take of the bulb has 2 spade connectors on it which slide onto the bulb. the hid kit has 2 spade connections which attach to this spade connectors. then the wires to the ballast power pack and thats it. dont need to connect n e other wires to the battery or earth anywhere.

if u got the 6000k kit i thought it should have an extra bit with it as well but it doesnt. it is literally the bulb and ballast. all the wires are attached to it.

The lights should only function when the headlights are switched on, as it runs of the original car electrical loom. If the headlights are always on with the switch off, then the battery will drain.

hang on hang on.........

the wiring loom u wire it to from the original lights are connected to the battery so obviously the lights will have the current running straight to them so as alex said they should obviously come on when u turn them on and of when u turn them of....

and connected to the ballest. no wires to connect to the battery. all the wires are already in place that u need.......

as befor said if ur confussed get some pics up of wat u got......

failing that if ur still confussed i might be able to get some pics up of how i done them on my car. might help u to see whats happening.

lol ok let me start over.

i got 6000k hid builbs with ballast which i got from a dude on here, and i bought them with angel eyes. I sold the angel eyes and kept the HID bulb from it.

now, im assuming that with HID kits u need to connect it to a battery. so the loom that comes with it, one side connects to the wire that orignally goes into the light, andd the other end into the light, and then that same cable connects to the battery's positive and negative..

but i tried the HID kit without using that loom that connects to the battery, and i connected the original loom from the car into the lights and it still worked...

Sorry about the pics ill post em up tommorow

Never heard of this connecting direct to the battery malaky. It should be a simple plug and play using the existing wiring for the OEM lights.

Very strange that they should work also when you've done only this too :?

H4 HIDs are the only ones that connect directly to the battery when in a BiXenon Format
