Help, what are these lights

hi, i got given these angel eyes by a mate, i presume they are angel eyes, he has a mk4 polo and so do i, he says they dont fit and ive had a look and im certain they don't fit to, as the main lighting plug is only 4 pins but on these its 6, and they just seem to big at the back, i have took a few pics if anybody could tell me what these are it would be greatly appreciated thanks
