There's someone in Germany running a VR6 + Turbo in his Mk4, complete madness.

None of these swaps (bar the G40) is anywhere near easy though.

a SEAT 1.8 or 2l out of an Ibiza would fit, as Alex said - the G40 is easiest if you've got the right mounts

i have a g40 engine and like to fitt it in my 6n.

How much would it cost altogether to swap a 1.0l engine for a 1.4 engine.wat else would i need to get. thanx guys if you can help

i'm not 100% sure on the other cars but if you have a 1.3cl the engine mounts are almost identical - you just need to move one about an inch forward.

Would be interested in selling the lump with out the charger?
