Problem with central locking.

Post by vii cks »

Hi,

I actually don't own a polo, but would love a VW anyway. Here to help my neighbour who's door lock was broken and central locking is now messed up.

Will I need to change a fuse to get the central locking to work.

I heard about a central locking pump in the boot n/s.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

the bi-pressure pump is located right hand side of the boot
it might not be working because its flooded, get a hiar dryer to it and then leave it an hour or two then hairdry it again then try it!
mine was flooded and its fine now
