crappy door speaker mounts 6n?

i got a set of vibe components at the weekend, fitted it all but theres hardly any decent bass coming from the speakers, its from a 4x50w pioneer hu so has enough power, think it can only be the crappy plastic door mounts giving bad bass response.

thinking about building some fibre glass door pods, will this help with deeper punchier bass?

How many watts are the speakers on?

Those 4x50W are more like 4x25

looking to get a nice rich sound throughout, so thinking a 4-channel amp would sound better than straight from the hu.
