I'd say 7 BHP, and that's me being optimistic...not really worth it IMO. The money would probably be better spent in other areas.

As others have said use the money in other areas ie lower it and get nice fat alloys to fill the arches and this will be better than what 7bhp max gain. Once its lower it will feel quicker as you will be able to tackle corners quicker. better still up grade the brakes a quick cheap mod well worth while.

you still need to play with a gti too mate, dont believe they come perfect, but after some chasis and engine mods they are turbo powered go carts, theres a few of us on here now with stage 2 running a bugs knob short of 230 bhp, proper little cars which can shame bigger cars that polos should not even be entertaining

i love mine and after 3 years nearly, still makes me grin, i dont think ill get rid of mine, just put the money back in to this car and have it stage 3'd, 330 bhp polo, bonkers !!!

save the remap money, save the wheels money and suspension money, and save up for a gti,

Or... just enjoy the fact that you have a VW Polo, and mod it until you forget the engine you have. Worked on me

(New engine still in the plans... after full modding!)
