5 Door Lovin

Post by Bepe »

Bit of an update:

Had abit of an accident with a pussy at 60mph on the a46:

so i ran the car like that for a few months due to a few money problems with my bank getting cloned, taking around 400quid out of my account! got it back in the end and purchased some rims:
All corroded and curbed quite badly

So i got the sandpaper out and autosol and a few other compounds and got this result:

Then got a few little bits and bobs,

Wind Deflectors
colour coded aerial
new bumper which i got smoothed and my old Gti splitter repaired as it was smashed from the pussy
also got the gti splitter colour coded
head lamp protectors
Gti Honeycomb front and lower grills
new front and back number plates
Got a BMC Air filter
A set of 8000k HIDS
painted my bonnet black, got bored with the rust lol

and here are the pics, sorry for the crapness of them, just on my driveway:

Very nice mate. How come your BMC is not fully enclosed? it's huge!

Didn't even notice the badge, not to my liking but very different. Yeah, never seen a BMC like that :?

I was considering wind deflectors as almost bought them on my CTR but not a fan of them on a 4 door. Fronts are good but not to sure about the rears.

Good work with them wheels

Tim- Because before i got the cold air feed the tone was really throaty, as soon as i put the cold air feed inside the bmc hole, it complelty knocked out the throaty noise, you couldnt really tell i had it on, yeah its a larger bmc, its for a fabia vrs i think ;)
