Door speaker size

Sorry if this has been asked before but im looking to upgrade the door speakers in all 4 of my doors, what size speakers will i need? and what depth do i need to look out for so that it sites nicely behind the original grill.

they are 6.5" speakers and the best way to mounth them so they are flush is to mount them on a custom mdf frame.
