Dropping at 16v in.

I've got a 1.4 8v atm, thinking if i can find a 16v engine for cheaps dropping one in.

Obviously its a major job, but what are the differences between the engines.
Would i need different mounts etc?

Also, if i could get one with less milage than mine, and changeds the clocks as well etc, could you change the milage on the Log book?
