Monza 2's on a 6n2 ??? Your opinions.
I'm thinking of putting 16" monza 2's on my 6n2 but am unsure cars lowered 90mm what are everyones thoughts ?. Oh I'd spray em black too as there currently white and I don't like white rims on red cars.

that seems to be the opinion im getting quite a lot, but hey im getting the wheels for free so i may aswell try it,i just have to buy the adapters so i thought about 20mm adapters on the front and 25mm on the back.
im going for a different look though, and i havent seen this done before... maybe for good reasoning lol. but ill upload pics when there maybe in about a month... getting my coileys fitted tuesday too

The monzas are a very very tight fit on the 6n2 - due to the width after the adapters, the offset is just crazy - itll scrub like a b*tch on most tyres. Darren (Polo96CL) looked into doing this, and it just wasnt possible due to the limited arch space.

It's really not that tight.
The wheels are 16X6.5 ET38. with 20mm adaptors that would be ET18.
That would be fine as long as your on slim tyres, like 165/40s.
Don't do staggered adaptors though, stick with 20mm all round,. You will have issues on the back otherwise.
To put things into perspective, my pepperpots are the following spec:
15X6
ET38
25mm adaptors
165/50 tyres.
I'm lowering around 80-90mm.
I get scrubbing on hard cornering only.
hope this helps
