Fault light help

Hey,

This light came up on my dashboard and I have no idea what it is, anyone know what it is and is it a serious problem?

It looks similar to the handbrake light

defintly brake pads.

I had problems with the front wheels grinding against the brakes, and I got it sorted last week but was very expensive, literally had to get a whole new front brake set up. The garage said they sorted it though, I hope its not happened again as I wont be able to afford to fix it again.
