cam shaft options

looking at getting a very marginal increase in performance out of my 1 litre .want to get uprated camshafts at a reasonable price anyone know where i can get some from?is it a pretty straightforward mod?

Use the camshaft from a mark 3 polo GT. The code will be 3F i believe.

I think you will also find it in the DIY section too.

cheers mate,did you have that done on your old car rob?does it make much difference?
dont know whether to really want to get a mk3 gt,

Nah my 1.0l 6n was standard engine wise. GT's are mega fun, my girl has one. Eat's Saxo VTR's ha.

oh right i thought you had quite a bit done.yeah i saw it in the mk3 section looks sweet as.

Mark 3 golf gti 2.0 8v. nah insurance aint bad. £700 with 1 years no claims.
