9N3 Tail Lights on 9N Polo

Hey all, new to the forum, found a file full of mods on here, and one was for the swapping of tail lights, and when browsing the internet, I've found a patch lead for the job, but, it's in germany, and I don't know if the wiring is different, anybody know better? Or does anyone know if anywhere in the UK does these patch leads? I'm ideally after LED tail lamps, not a fan of the Lexus lamps, and if I can do both in the same job, everyones a winner

I havn't even got the car yet and I'm already scouring the internet for bits
