Oil required, which to go for?

Need a slight top up but cant remember what I need. Also does anybody recommend any? Nothing too special. But dont want the worst!

Castrol magnatec, vw synta silver, Fuchs Titan XTR

Any of the above in a 10w40 :)

Was thinking castrol but needed the No. too. Cheers mate.
