Cheers for the help, was being to lilly skinned with the engine cover, got there in the end though, air filters, spark plugs and throttle body clean done, almost feel pro now haha, just got the oil to do now, which im not all that bothered about at the mo, reset the service reminder and brought a haynes manual, endless fun reading that on the bog. Had a bit of trouble with the plugs though, there a funny size, so had to pop to halfrauds for a socket this morning, not my choice but the only place locally open sunday.

Also thanks tim, didnt realise i had a GSF within a drive to me in Chelt, so poped over there for my service bits well impressed with the service, quick easy and cheap.

Next stop, head unit 8) still got some monies left over from birrffday and working so a trip somewhere soon will sort that out.

Also just as a little question, what difference will a K&N kit make to my car?, its only a 8v so i know it will do sweet F.A. in terms of proformance, but whats the sound on them like, i love the psst of the car without the air box on when i was cleaning the throttle body, do i get anything like that?

Until the next time 8)

20 squids from halfrauds but i think there 20 on the haynes website aswell, dont know if you have to pay p&p on top of that but i wanted it there and then.

Also, spotted a potential head unit in dare i say it halfords today :/ sony one, £130 i think reduced from £150 going to ring up see if they got it in stock and get it fitted, i got a cubby hole from somewhere else aswell, would they still fit it?

Head units fitted, sony one with Ipod usb thing so charges aswell when its plugged in, the blue almost matches the dials so its pretty swish

Also brought some Kenwood KFC-1761 speakers, these any good? worth swapping the standered speakers for? think their last years version of what evers on the shelf now.

Also, how do you get the window winders off? brute force or is there a clip or something you have to undo?
