tracking ?

hello fellow dubbers! i just joined today after many failed attempts thank god. I got an 06 gti and as i am nowhere near as clued up as you guys i am just as passionate. I have loads of questions for you so i will just do it one at a time. Currently i have only had the stage 1 remap which i got 191 hp. The problem i have at the mo is my tracking is out and when they set it as soon as i drive it its gone back out again. The car just doesnt feel right at high speed it feels like wind is blowing at the side of the car and the wheel isnt central. vw have checked it over and cant see anything wrong, at first i thought anti roll bushes but he insits all the bushes and brakes are spot on. Hsa anyone got any ideas what could be wrong?

Did you have just the tracking done? May need 4 wheel alignment done mate, includes camber etc.

Also are the wheels balanced?

yes vw did afour wheel alignment and the wheels are all balanced i had them check the lot i even tried a set of different wheels but still the same he said the lower arm bushes were a bit soggy but he was only 50/50 that replacing them would work. It cant be anything serious so probably just have to give it time.

Where abouts in the land are you? If you can travel to APS in Brackley, do it. They're the best people imo to deal with VW's. They have a beissbarth alingment machine particularly built for VAG (not all VW dealers have this, many use other local garages with not as good machines) and they know how to use it. Made so much difference to mine when I had it done.
