Revamping Rear Lights

Hi everyone, I was just wondering if there was anyway to revamp the original 6n polo rear lights, The car is white so it has to go with the colour.. I wasn't sure wether to make them darker somehow? What does everyone else think, thanks for any suggestions

you could go for the 16v version on the rea, they come slightly darker as standard, like here;


or you could go for the more modern looking rear 6n2 lights, a small bit of swapping 2 wires i think and thts you, like these;


IMO i prefer the 6n2 lights, but ive also seen the odd polo pull off the 16v lights nicely

Thanks! I was thinking about the 16v lights because I was really wanting the 6n2 lights but read the manual and it involves drilling and I just don't want to go there lol, and as for the lexus lights... They are horrible! Thanks for the advice Do you know where I can get a pair of 16v lights? Ebay?
