this can be very tricky but I have known the council to pay out £4000 on a set of 3pc wheels from my shop! It takes age's to get any step in the wright direction but they will pay out if you persist!

Still letters getting sent here & there at the moment.
Council passed on their insurance company
Councils insurance company passed in onto the people doing the tarmac at the time
The people doing the tarmac have passed it onto their insurance company now and thats where I am at the moment
Going to send them another letter to show that i am being persistant

Got a letter through the other day. it is now being handled by the 'Willis UK & Ireland Claims departemnt'.
Will give it a couple of week to see if they come up with anything before pestering them!!

Don't let up, I've dealt with Insurance Companies twice in the last two years and it's allot of heartache and time, but it's purely designed to make you give in
