How to polish Audi TT Comps

Just picked up a set with good tires for £280
Need a good polish, can i do it by hand? What's the best stuff to use?

First use autosol to get rid of any tarnishing and deep marks. Then finish it off with some belgom alu as its not as abrasive for a better finish
