I have these wheels.
Neil very kindly told me i'd need 205/45/16 tyres, however i've been somewhere today that told me that they'll rub and i'm better going for 195/45/16, will that be ok?

VW offer 205/45/16 with their factory fitted option alloys.
they shouldnt rub because 17s with 205/40/17 dont and they are bigger.
Hope this helps

Tyre prices there don't differ much from where i was going to go, for Goodyear Eagle F1's 195/45/16 = £82 for 205/45/16 = £105 !!!!!

Haven't used Goodyears before, but they're very expensive and you can gaurantee the performance won't be as decent as the Toyo's.
