Wheel/Tyre Storage

Hey Peeps

Might be a daft question but here go's anyway

Whats the best way to store wheels and tyres long term, tyres inflated or not?

Dont think it matter whether they are inflated or not. I stored some alloys for 6 months in a shed without any problems. I just laid the first one on 2 pieces of wood so the air could circulate through them.
