coilovers and insurance?

Post by 5509433 »

Hi, i just wondered if you could tell me how much the insurance would go up if i were to add coilovers.?

Im paying about £2000 a year for a 1.4 polo with Direct Line.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

depends on company... as declaring my wheels interior and suspension only put mine up 60 quid but with other companies it went like 100-200 it also depends on age am sure

If you are under 25 then directline will NOT let you do any mods atall! So be carefull what you say to them!

Yeh DirectLine are a massive no for mods, don't even bother ringing.

That's why as soon as I found my feet I left them, and went with Bell Insurance.
