Speaker in passenger side.

Ok I have Focal v165 slimline speakers in my car. The passenger side one is sounding very dodgy. I think it's a loose connection.

I have never removed a door panel. Is it easy to do and are they easy to put back on?

PLEASE HELP ME lol.
