Alloy wheel fitment

Hi folks. Just wondering if you can help me please!

I'm looking at getting some new alloys but they're not a direct fit. The fitment of the alloys i'm looking at is
17" x 8.5 offset 38 with centre bore of 66.6mm.
Will these alloys fit on my GTi which has been lowered 35mm on h&r springs!!!
I know i'm gonna need adapters which i'm looking at 15mm ones!

Done a few rough estimations and i reckon they should fit but just wanted to double check with you knowledgeable lot!

i run a 9j et47 with a 25mm adapter and its pretty tight at the back, but thats with coilovers with just the spring! i cant really comment on the front the widest ive ran is 8j et 60 with a 25mm adapter and its fine!
