i hate glove boxes
does anybody have a picture thread of how to remove a glove box or even know how to change the lock mechinism? quick replay would be greatly appreciated.

Same I need to change the lock mechanism on my 9n3. When I go over a fu**ing speed bump the glove box always opens so I have to constantly lean over to close the bugger!

i recentley broke my glove compartment (by accident of course!). I just went to VW and they fixed it. Just go to VW and they should be able to sort you out for cheap. Hope this helps!

to change one u have to take most of the lower dsah off.. i had to do it when my handle fell off basically theres a bit that goes behind the centre console and out the other side and is screwed by one screw there aswel
