It does state on the rally bulbs from halfords 'For off road use only' And yes. They will fail your mot Iam afraid

doesn't 100w bulbs put a strain on the electrical system of the car?

Yes. It doubles the current running through the wiring - its not particularly safe to do that.
Plus you can get stopped and fined for it as they are against the law for road use as earlier mentioned.

my black angel eyes and my 8000k HID kit were installed today
looks good but i need to get led sidelights as the yellowy ones artent really doing it for me lol. and i dunno what to do for led style full beams... ? any suggestions ?

LED style full beams? I presume you mean HID style full beams? Something like Osram Night Breakers should be pretty good for them.

thats the one lol.. how about sidelights ?... but theyd have to be a similar white to my main beam or i think it would look odd
