knocking sound?

alright, i gots me an 9n3 1.4tdi and ive lowered it on ta technix coilovers ive wound em right down at the front and now ive got this knocking noise, at first it was like constant, so i took 45mm out of my droplinks. still noisy so i took another 45mm and now its a knocking noise only over small bumps. if i hit a speedbump, nothing. only when going down a ruuf bit of road.
ive had them for several months now and it is still the same, can anyone tell me or give pics to show me what position their arb link is in or have i goota get the welder out pon the body work? cheers

Does it only happen when there is a drop in the road? OR when you go over a bump as well.

When i put coilovers on mine, i put shortened drop links on mine (v-maxx) and it brought the ARB so high it kept twatting the inner wing every time the was a drop in the road. Changed to some custom drop links and it's sorted.

ill cut some more out and see if helps! its hard to tell, speedbumps dont make a noise but when im cruising down a residential area it happens like morse code or summin, perhaps theres a war veteran asking for help??? thanks for the help?

dont suppose you know the measurement, centre of hole to centre of hole????
