Anybody know how to take these off as I am scared I will crack them or something. As they only seem to be thin plastic? :S

they are a pain in the arse to get off if anything like the 9n ones. u need to make sure all the clips are off, which are behind the motor cup for the mirror adjustment. takes a lot of swearing but they do eventually come off

Exactly I don't trust myself. I may snap everything.

If anybody could post a simple guide on what to do it will be appreciated :)

Hey Karson.

Rummaged around and found this. .

It's for a golf but looks quite similar to the Polo mirror?

Yeah I see that too, the thing is I can't be certain it will be the same. It looks it, but can't be too sure. Clips may be at completely different places and I may snap them! :P

I've got a 57 reg polo & took my mirror cover off recently to inspect the indicator bulb as it wasnt working, & even though i havent done it before it came off quite easily as i used a couple of thin flat bladed screw drivers & worked the cover off gently. Its just held on by quite a few moulded hooks/clips :)
