Mini wheels

Post by SlimDubs »

Hi guys
I'm going to look at some 'KN Minator' wheels that are currently on a mate of mine's mini. They're very similar to 'Minilites'.
Was just wondering will theses go straight onto my 6n? or will I need wobbly bolts? My mate told me they were 4x100 but he probably meant 4x101 or whatever, right?

Can anyone shed some light?
Thanks in advance

I think the bore might be different on these which would suggest spigot rings? Last I heard of mini rims fitting on a polo was with the use of wobble bolts, but can't be 100% sorry!

:( Was hoping for an easy fit! I'll try fit one tonight n see how it goes.
If spigot rings and wobble bolts are needed I might still go for them as they're not overly pricey!

Just make sure they fit over the brakes as I think anything over the standard 8v polo brakes would mean your caliper would catch the inner rim :) Just something to check mate.

Ye they're just the standard 8v ones so should hopefully be alright. Cheers mate
