15' Split rims onto 9N3 GTI??

Howdy,

First time back here for a while for me!!

Is it possible to fit 15' 5x100 Split rims ET35 onto my Polo 9N3 GTI?

It currently has the std 16' wheels, and I know there may be issues with front caliper clearance i.e. I might need spacers, but other than that, any other problems I might face?
