Post by Karson3270 »

Having troubles removing the bottom middle grille on the front bumper. Any ideas how to do it?

I have no idea how to get it out....but...

Where did you get them from and how long was delivery? (If you used Vag Team or whatever they're called!)

Yeah that's the one i meant, Vaglink!

Were they with you within a week of ordering?

From what i can see in your picture, the grilles you've fitted so far look quality!

Yeah I took it off in the process. But there are lots of little clips that need to be undone at once :S Can you suggest a good way to do this?

I ended up braking my middle grill removing it but that didn't damage the bumper so i didn't care.

Just had to give it a good pull

Yeah i have heard many stories of people actually forcefully yanking them out. But I just wanted to make sure if there was no easier way :P

I also done this! just snapped the middle slatts on the grille so you can get a hand in behind to help it out lol and gave it a good yank and it just poped out! 8)

I also cut mine off, was the easiest way of doing it, i actually used a plaster board saw for doing it and it was the perfect tool for the job! haha
