For that sort of money you're looking at something like these, this is pretty much what everyone buys.Ive heard lots of mixed reviews on them but obviously you get what you pay for.Hard ride but most people have been farely impressed with them for the money.

If you hang on and splash alittle more it opens up a whole different world of suspension.

Bradley is spot on there, you get what you pay for at the end of the day.

I would suggest splashing out an extra £100-150 to buy a higher quality set because suspension is very important.
AP Coilovers & Weitec Coilovers offer a mixture of good quality, performance and ride comfort. They are normally priced at £330-350 for a set but it would be money well spent.

Cheap Coilovers can also be prone to ceasing and they are usually high maintenance so I strongly recommend spending the extra money on a better set even if it means waiting a little longer to get them fitted, especially if your using the car on a daily basis.

If you're after Coilovers with adjustable dampening expect to pay at least £500 plus,as i said before if you want a genuine decent ride you'll have to pay a fair amount of cash.

You can get the Weitec Hicon TX coilovers fully adjustable:
