it's alright but as it's coming from Europe wouldn't it be in kmh?
personally I'd go for the one I mentioned in a post above somewhere. you can add on extras to it and they provide uk support incase of any problems. and firmware upgrades as well.

Guys I've noticed a lot of 6N2's are advertised as having trip computer as part of the spec on Auto Trader.. Is this a mistake or should in fact our 1.4 SE have a trip computer as standard? If so, I can't see any buttons to operate it...

All polos have a trip computer - thats the little thing that clocks up the miles beneath the overall mileage
I think what everyone here is reffering to is a MultiFunction computer which tells you MPG, errors, temperature etc.

Ah ok - that to me was always just a trip mileometer - just a standard feature, rather than an extra lol

How to you plug it into the VAG-Com port?? Does it mean you can't have the ashtray?

yeah. I don't even use the ashtray so it's all good for me. but you can pop out the obd port and connect it from behind. which means you would have to remove the centre console and wire it up. and then you can use the ashtray if you really want it

My polo is 2000 and on the item description it states for all cars with 'OBD2 - Petrol 2001 upwards'
Will it still be compatible?
