Did you connect the red cable (the one with the fuse) to the power cable on the car?

Also, if you used the splice connectors, make sure that they touch the bare wire, i had to slice mine first to get contact! I will eventually replace them with bullets.

This helped me. No idea if thats what you followed?

Module ------------ Car
White ---------> White/Yellow
Yellow ----------> Any Red wire (positive)
White/Black -----> White/Green
Yellow/Black ----> (the yellow from the module)
Black --------------> A clean metal surface on the car (or a brown wire)
Red ---------> Any Red wire (positive) ... (i used the thickest)

You have connected the yellow and yellow black to the positive red/white wire (or the red wire on the module) yes?

No, thats correct.

There have been a new instances of this not working for some reason.

If you can, look in the rclick book and change the wiring to the Pneumatic diagram

alex, i think i know why it isn't working! basically it's all connected up. the box work's fine, as it's clicking when i lock/unlock . BUT..i think the central locking pump has stopped altogether. ( when i go to lock the door the other doesnt function) so my question.. what could be wrong with the pump? once the pump works it should be up and running!! :D :D
