Cheers Tim, not too happy with the quality of the pics though. I converted them from TIF files into JPEG and then resized them on Photobucket but it has ruined the pics.

You'll soon be back in the GTI mate
Your best off not using it this time of year anyway, salt, slime and mud all over the roads. My GTI is in a disgusting state at the moment, I hate this time of year.

Yes it's the standard GTi splitter. Looks like you've sprayed it black though Ben, hadn't noticed that before!

Cheers Tim, yeah got my splitter colour coded when I had the bumpers smoothed

I have had this discussion several times in the past a 6N2 GTI vs a Fabia VRS.

The fabia has over double the torque that the Polo has but the GTI has more BHP per tonne,

On a hilly B road - Winner = VRS
On the Track - Winner = GTI

Polo is quicker to 60 and will pull more top end, very very close though. Me and my mate had several duels when his vRS was standard and it was neck & neck!
The Fabia is very quick but like all diesels they dont feel quick at all when your in the car, just as things get interesting you have to change gear
