Don't think he will charge me to much as my service and mot (had a few bits like brake fluid change + spark plug change aswell) will come to around £200 and he's not one for ripping me off I dont think. Nice of you to offer though mate

When most companys are selling my wheels they show a picture of them in 5 stud but you can deffinatly get them in 4 stud, try ebay, potn, alloywheels.com etc etc they all have 4stud.

As for now no more plans, you can easily ruin what is a great car as standard

Looks great already to be fair, doesnt really need anything else.

Little touches such as light upgrades, pressed plates, red grille strip are always popular on here but if youre happy then thats all that matters.

Got to agree, absolutely spot on drop! Looks perfect. With the 16"s did you have to have the speedo re-calibrated?

thanks for all the comments guys its much appreciated. The difference between 195/45/15 and 195/40/16 is so tiny there is no neeg 4calibration. I use to have the red stripe grille but tuk it off because its a bit overused now and i think luks smarter without. Havent been billed 4the fitting of springs yet but i will let u know. Drove down to devon in the car last nyt, was nice to take it on a gud run!

I think you should get some front mudflaps that would look pretty sweet.

Me, my mate in his golf gti mk5 and my other mate in his pug 206gti and our other halfs travelled to devon and back. I managed to get a couple of shots of my car whilst travelling in my mates mk5. I have considered front mudflaps but they seem hard to get hold of for the gti, I may just go to VW for them. I also need a new headlamp protector as mine took a battering on the m5 by a stone and is now cracked, rather that than a new headlamp though!
