Yeah you want Radius seat M14x1.5 bolts, 15mm longer than the standard 27mm thread length. The below link is as close as I cold find :D

Try these http://www.priracing.com/product.php/28 ... --17mm-hex

I don't think that you are technically equiped to reply on this subject - how did you chance on that reply.

Think about it, as long as the bolts (threaded almost to the end of the shank) are long enough to pass through the threaded holes in the hub, then every thing begins to be okay. If they are a bit longer, as long as they do not then pass through and out the back of the hub and foul the fixed hub section behind, then they will not cause any problems and the wheel will get pull up tight against its face on the hub.

The problem with needing "exact" length will only come when fitting wheel adaptor as in that case using longer bolts will cause them to bottom out on the hub after passing through the adaptor.

so i could get 45mm ones as long as they dont go through the back of the hub ?? so if i was to get 40mm ones there 2mm short so would they still be save and hold the wheel in place? but wouldnt they be too short :?:

Check both on front and rear that these bolts do not touch the fixed part of the hub behind where the bolts pass through - and check that through 360 degrees of rotation. If you have the kit you could always knock these bolts down a bit in length if they cause trouble - if you need to pay someone to do this work then it would end up being cheaper getting the correct length bolts.

I havent got the bolts yet mate im in two minds whether to order 40mm or 45mm ?? lol like you said could always cut down the 45mm bolts a little
SO what would be best for 15mm spacers, 40mm or 45mm length of bolts?? :) all i need to know.

I'd beg you to under no circumstances buy bolts that will not go completely through the threaded holes in the hub, full strength will not be there until the bolts have had at least their diameter - in length - engaged in the hub threads. Its just the extra length that "might" or "might not" cause you issues.

Edit:- your problem will be "do the 40mm bolts go fully through the threaded hub fixing holes?" - I can't help you out with that one - sorry.

Sorry I 've missed your second point, I don't know the length of the standard bolts, if you did, and if both the original and new bolts were described in exactly the same way (length wise), then you could add the spacer thickness to the original to find out if the 40mm or 45mm is the correct length to go for.

The actual bolt length needs to be 42mm but sizes that the bolts come in are 40mm and 45mm ??

Well you have the bolt details on that link, compare that against the bolts currently fitted and add the spacer thickness. Now have a look under your car both front and rear and see how much thread is appearing out the back of the hubs threaded hole - then you will have your definative answer!
