got a 2000 model polo yesterday for 1000 pound of a pal, but its lacking power i thought it might of been spark plugs, i got new ones and it made a difference but what else do yous think it could be ?

ive also got myself some g60 steelies and trying to find half decent cheap coilovers, ill have photos soon,

also looking for a new grill just a honeycomb one any websites to get this off or just ebay ?

Hey up!

Are there any lights on the dash? You should probably get someone with vag-com to scan it for you. (If you don't know what vag-com is it diagnoses any problems you have with your car)

And as for the grill, there are no website that I know of that sells them. They normally pop up in the for sale section on this forum or on clubpolo.co.uk. Or you could go into VW an quote part no: 6N0 853 651 K and they'll give you a price.

cheers em no, no lights on the dash atall it just seems slugish if you know what i mean hah, ive been looking thru the form im going to clean the throttle body ect and if nothing works, a few off my mates are mechanics so ill get them to look at it,

do you know where to get decent cheap coilovers ?

the car a 1.0 well on the engine its a 1.4 plus when i was looking for insurance it came up with the licence plate its a 1.4 16V 5 door SE ?
