1997 (late) 1.4 8v with 71k on the clock, engine runs fine, nice and quiet.

MOT just passed so 12 months (advisory on brake balance, inspection found to have a pad mis fitted so all pads replaced)
Full service history original stamp book went missing during respray, so we got a new item and got it restamped for all the work we have had done. There are receipts for all the previous service work before that though.
Cambelt changed 2 years ago, but car has barely covered 7k since.
Lenso alloys (15" with 195/45/15 tyres that have covered about 6k)
FK Highsport coilovers (not sure on miles covered but roughly 5-6 years fitted, car has done roughly 10-15k in the last 4 years)
Normal mk4 mods (clear sides, clear fronts, dark tinted mk5 rears)
Full respray in alpine white with black details (roof, mirrors).
Standard interior apart from chrome door pulls, chrome door pins and Audi TT pedals)
Engine standard apart from polished rocker cover.
Genuine 16v bumpers (all front grilles are present and intact)
Stubby aerial
Full sound system (sub, 2 x amps, front components, 6x9s plus uprated wires) all included (except headunit).
Bad points:
Paint job is a little rough round the edges, had to be done twice and believe me when I say it was much better the second time! It cleans up nice but will need some tlc.
Rust in rear arches, and bottom of drivers door.
Coilovers: shocks are fine but the adjusters are seized, with a bit of work, they should come free but I'm sure you can get hold of new adjusters.
So, how much do we think this could be worth? I know this sounds like a for sale post but it is not! Just like to gauge a fair estimation on price when we eventually sell.
